SHIPPING POLICY
At the moment we are only shipping to the UK, however this will hopefully change in the near future!

We send all our parcels either via Evri Tracked or Royal Mail 1st Class and aim to dispatch within one to two working days. The price of postage is fixed meaning you pay a single charge for your entire order, no matter the quantity. Currently our shipping cost is:
Oil Burners
Evri Tracked - £4.49
Royal Mail 1st Class - £4.99

Royal Mail 1st Class - £2.49

Shipping cost will be added to your order at the checkout. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further queries or would like your order posting using another service and a cost can be calculated.

RETURNS POLICY
If the product is not faulty, a refund will only be given if the product(s) are returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for postage or pay for the postage back to us. No refunds or exchanges can be issued after 30 days of purchase.
All items that we ship to you will be wrapped carefully and well protected. In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you damaged, we will send a new replacement out to you as soon as possible.
